My Momma told me I had to tell the truth.
If I was to lie and she found out, then the punishment was way worse than if I had just fessed up.
So, what happened to that anecdote with adults? Now, because I am an adult, I can SAY whatever I want - even if it is a lie. Freedom of Speech! Well I think that is crap!
the politicians, the lobbyists, the insurance companies, the oil companies, the cigarette companies, etc etc etc can all say whatever they think is going to get them a vote, money, sales, bigger market share or whatever! Even if it is a LIE!
So I ask you - if we continue to allow the people who are supposed to represent us speak lies, condone lies and continue in office with the lies - what does that make us?
"There outta be law!" But we seems to "law" ourselves to death! How about this new concept: "The truth will set you free!" I don't care how hard it is, or what the consequences are - Tell The Truth!
The biggest lies are the ones about the million page bills, because no one is going to read it! So they "tell" you what is in it. They lie to fit their own agenda and scare the people!
Demand the Truth!
